Watercolour Winner of York Art Awards 2025 and hero image for another watercolour exhibition this is one of my favourite marine subjects I've done. It captures the essence of Fremantle's Fishing Boat Harbour on a still late afternoon. The sun has just set and a couple of fisherman cast a hopeful line in, alongside the iconic big burly blue fishing boats of Freo. The stillness of the harbour mirror the interesting shapes from these giants and their rigging. It has been professionally framed with a double matt board so ready to adorn your wall.
