This painting was inspired by a visit to Coff's Harbour and I just loved how much natural movement there was in the placement of the rocks, creating a natural 's' formation leading the eye to the wave crashing on the rocks. I thought it would make a lovely painting. I'm such a sucker for the water and depending on it's condition can calm or invigorate. This did the latter for me.
