I was up at Hastings Point near Pottsville NSW just before the wrath of the recent cyclone hit. The view was spectacular and from the elevated vantage point I spotted a lone beach walker and thought this would make a great painting. I'm not sure how this idyllic location fared in the days to follow but I hope this lonely soul stayed safe along with the rest of their community.
