As you walk along the river in East Fremantle, near where I use to live, occasionally you'll stumble across abandoned dinghies. Perhaps they're not abandoned, just resting until their owners see the need for another adventure. I loved this little spot, where trees and shrubs created a little window through to the river. Perfect painting subject.
