A Walk to Reflect

When there is stillness, without the disturbance of distraction, our reflections can mirror what is true, what is actual. From there we can either keep walking in the same direction or change to a new path. The simple act of walking along the beach, with nothing but my own thoughts and the healing natural elements around me helps me reflect positively, so I just had do paint to reflect this.
